Sean Burdick has been butchering for over 12 years - opening Alamo Wild Game Processing in 2016, and then expanding to what is now, The Butcher TX. He has seen all sides of the trade - and worked with animals ranging from whitetail, axis, large wild game such as eland, buffalo, zebra, to beef, pork and more. He's creative on the cut table - and will only allow the best to leave it.
Sean has passion for quality. If he won't feed to his own family, he won't feed it to yours.
The Butcher's Wife, Haley Burdick was born and raised in the ranching industry - and she strives to make every customer feel as if they are at her own table. She is passionate about the community, and both are excited to grow the local farming and ranching industry.
Each order begins with a conversation, and is individually processing all the way through.
The Butcher TX ensures that the meat you bring in is custom cut, and handled with care.
